Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation due to weather, a full refund is available minus the 5% transaction fee our payment processing service charges us.

In the event of a cancellation due to other circumstances, a refund is available minus the 5% transaction fee and a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Refunds are not available if the bouncer has already been picked up or you are a no show.

The cancellation fee is to prevent people from reserving bouncy castles as a back up plan and didn't have full intensions of going through with the rental.
